Elden Ring

Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective with gameplay focusing on combat and exploration; it features elements similar to those found in other games developed by FromSoftware, such as the Souls series, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that players start with a linear opening but eventually progress to freely explore the Lands Between, including its six main areas, as well as castles, fortresses, and catacombs scattered throughout the open world map. These main areas are explorable using the character's mount as the main mode of transport, although a fast travel system is an available option. Throughout the game, players encounter non-player characters (NPCs) and enemies alike, including the demigods who rule each main area and serve as the game's main bosses.
Elden Ring takes place in the Lands Between, sometime after the destruction of the titular Elden Ring and the scattering of its shards, the Great Runes. Once graced by the Ring and the Erdtree which symbolizes its presence, the realm is now ruled over by the demigod offspring of Queen Marika the Eternal, each possessing a shard of the Ring that corrupts and taints them with power. As Tarnished — exiles from the Lands Between who lost the Ring's grace and are summoned back after the Shattering — players must traverse the realm to ultimately find all the Great Runes, restore the Elden Ring, and become the Elden Lord.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is an action role-playing survival horror game featuring a zombie apocalyptic-themed open world. Set 22 years after Dying Light, it stars a new protagonist named Aiden Caldwell (voiced by Jonah Scott), who is equipped with various parkour skills. Players can perform actions such as climbing ledges, sliding, leaping off from edges, and wall running to quickly navigate the city. It was confirmed that there are over 3000 parkour animations to give a more fluid free running experience. Tools such as a grappling hook and a paraglider also aid traversal in the city. Aiden can also use the undead to break his fall. The game is mostly melee-based with the majority of fighting using melee weapons. The melee weapons have a limited lifespan and will degrade as the player uses them in combat. Long-range weapons such as crossbows, shotguns, and spears can be used as well. Weapons can be upgraded with different blueprints and components which can be found by breaking down weapons for craft parts. Aiden can also utilize superhuman skills due to the infection. New zombies have been added. Like the first game, the zombies are slow when exposed to sunlight, but they become more aggressive and hostile at night. During the latter time of day, players can avoid zombies roaming the streets by staying on rooftops, who would otherwise hibernate inside buildings to avoid sunlight, or explore the safe interior of buildings to find items.
The zombie outbreak in Harran ended with the death of all of the city's citizens, with no reported survivors. However, the Global Relief Effort (GRE) is able to develop a vaccine for "The Harran Virus" (THV), ending the threat of the zombie pandemic. Unfortunately, despite promises to cease all research on THV, the GRE continued experimenting on the virus in secret. In 2021, a mutated variant of THV escapes a GRE lab and starts a second pandemic that spreads even faster than the first, quickly sweeping across the entire world in an event called "The Fall". The vaccine and Antizin are ineffective against the new strain of THV, but its effects can be suppressed with ultraviolet light.
Ghostwire: Tokyo

Ghostwire: Tokyo is an action-adventure game played from a first-person perspective. The player can use various psychic and paranormal abilities to defeat the ghosts and spirits haunting Tokyo. Combat director Shinichiro Hara described the combat as "karate meets magic", as the player character utilizes hand movements inspired by Kuji-kiri hand gestures to cast spells. When an enemy loses most of their health, its core is exposed and the player can use takedown moves to destroy it. By defeating these spirits and collecting Yokai, the character will collect spirit points and resources used to upgrade their abilities.
Nearly all of Tokyo's citizens have gone mysteriously, and ghostly spirits (known as Visitors) have invaded the city. Akito, the game's protagonist, is possessed and saved by a spirit detective named KK after a motorcycle accident, who, while having his own agenda, grants him supernatural powers. As Akito combats the visitors haunting the city, and catching yokai to grow stronger, he encounters a group wearing Hannya masks who may unveil the mystery behind the strange events in Tokyo, one of which is the kidnapping of Akito's sister to host a ritual to give birth to a new world full of ghosts and ghouls.
Total War: Warhammer III

In the campaign, players move armies around the map and manage settlements in a turn-based manner. Players engage in diplomacy with, and fight against, AI-controlled factions. When armies meet, they battle in real-time. The game will also have a custom battles mode where players can create customized real-time battles, as well as online multiplayer battles. Those who own races from the first two games will have the same races unlocked for multiplayer in the third game; a combined world map, similar to the "Mortal Empires" campaign in Total War: Warhammer II for owners of the first two games, will also be developed.
The races announced with the game are the human civilizations of Grand Cathay (based on Imperial China) and Kislev (based on Medieval Russia), and five Chaos factions - four devoted to each of the Chaos Gods (Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh), and the Daemons of Chaos, led by a Daemon Prince that can be customized by earning "Daemonic Glory" through the course of the campaign. Another race, the Ogre Kingdoms, will be made available to "early adopters" (those who pre-purchased the game before release, or purchased within the first week after release).
Martha Is Dead

Set during the late years of World War 2 in a fictional town in Tuscany within German-occupied Italy, twin sisters Martha and Giulia spend their childhood in their nanny’s estate. Martha has been deaf since early childhood and their mother, Irene, blames Giulia for having applied blunt force to her sister while in the womb. Their father, Erich, serves as a general in the German army. Giulia’s nanny recounts the legend of the White Lady, a malicious spirit of a woman whose lover murdered her and was hung from a tree on an island in the center of the estate’s nearby lake.
One afternoon, as young adults, Giulia asks Martha to accompany her to a lake in a nearby forest to take photographs. However, Martha is not in the house the next morning and Giulia takes the photos alone. She discovers her sister’s corpse and is found by her parents. Her mother mistakes Giulia for Martha, forcing Giulia to assume her twin sister’s identity.
